Privacy & Document Handling

  • All uploaded files are stored on private, encrypted servers and are never publicly accessible.
  • Files are used only to print your order and are never shared with any third party.
  • Your uploaded files are permanently and automatically deleted 30 days after upload. You are responsible for keeping your own copies.
  • We do not review file contents except when necessary to resolve a printing issue you report.

Service Scope & Liability

  • This is a printing and delivery service only. We do not review, edit, or take responsibility for the content of uploaded documents.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to print the documents you upload.
  • We are not liable for data loss, printing errors reported after order completion, or delivery delays caused by factors outside our control.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are set by the service and may change. The price shown at checkout is the binding price for that order.
  • Payment is required before printing begins.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
