Privacy & Document Handling
- All uploaded files are stored on private, encrypted servers and are never publicly accessible.
- Files are used only to print your order and are never shared with any third party.
- Your uploaded files are permanently and automatically deleted 30 days after upload. You are responsible for keeping your own copies.
- We do not review file contents except when necessary to resolve a printing issue you report.
- To help deliver your orders and improve the service, we store the approximate location your device shares with the site, the area you choose, the type of device you use, how you found us (for example, an ad) and how far you got in trying the service - including before you sign in. We never share this with third parties.
Service Scope & Liability
- This is a printing and delivery service only. We do not review, edit, or take responsibility for the content of uploaded documents.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to print the documents you upload.
- We are not liable for data loss, printing errors reported after order completion, or delivery delays caused by factors outside our control.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are set by the service and may change. The price shown at checkout is the binding price for that order.
- Payment is required before printing begins.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
